Seasonal Work Visa Acquisition.
Applicants must first have a job offer from a Luxembourg employer. Non EU applicants must apply for a seasonal work visa at their homeland consulate. A work permit is applied by the employer on behalf of the employee to the immigration authority of Luxemburg. Once done, an employee is expected to fly to Luxembourg and apply for a residence permit in an 8 days span. The residence permit gives an employee permission to stay and work in Luxembourg for the duration of time stated.
